We install and service all types of refrigeration equipment including upright, under-counter, walk-ins and chest type chillers and freezers alongside a vast knowledge of cellar cooling systems, ice machines and dispensers.

We are partnered with the UK’s leading manufacturers, and as such carry out installations and warranty repair for companies such as Mitsubishi and Daikin. In addition, we are trusted service providers for suppliers such as Electrolux, Gram, Storers, Williams, Hubbard, Foster, Autonomis, Scotsman, Beer Master, Foster Coldstores, Adande and Mitsubishi.

We understand failed refrigeration equipment is critical to your business revenue, which is why we are at the forefront of developing new technology such as remote monitoring packages to give live real time data to ensure plant is optimised and working correctly and ensuring breakdowns are managed and where possible preducted before they occur.

All equipment that is supplied or maintained by Flowrite is given a unique Aeromark asset tag which includes a QR code in order for us to track every visit, every fault and every PPM service through our service desk. This dynamic and live management of your assets allows us to build up a service history from day one and plan maintenance checks to prevent the equipment from breaking down and to have a complete lifecycle cost of individual assets allowing key decisions to be made about capital replacement.

Because your business is so critical to us and we passionately believe in our core values of visibility and trust; we will provide you with a copy of the engineer’s job sheet electronically as soon as he completes the job and you can log-in on a web based portal to see your real-time stats and compliance figures. In addition we have an agreement with our suppliers to restock our team’s vans overnight straight to the back of their vehicles. Stock levels are monitored through our Aeromark system and are automatically ordered when quantities drop below an agreed threshold. Specialist parts can be delivered overnight allowing for a rapid solution to less common breakdowns. This means that our engineering teams arrive on your premise fully prepared and equipped to get your business operational again in the shortest time possible.

Flowrite will provide you a free of charge site survey and produce a tailor-made agreement specifically designed for your business need, these will include industry leading technical service delivery.
