Tod Harrison – CEO
Tod has over has over 25 years experience in the hard services engineering and sector. He has previously worked at senior levels for a number of service providers including Norland Managed Services and Johnson Controls Ltd. Previous to Flowrite he was the Managing Director for Optimum Group Services and his vision was key to growing the business’ turnover from £12 million to £33 million over a 6 year period.
Tod has an accomplished record for achieving high levels of air conditioning and refrigeration service delivery for numerous prestigious clients including; Telecity Group, Lloyds Shipping Register, Morgan Stanley, Schroder’s, Blackrock Investments, Jones Lang LaSalle, Financial Times and Citigroup.
Jon Barton – Finance Director
Jon is a committed enthusiastic Finance Director with over 20 years blue chip and SME board level experience. He is experienced in developing and implementing sales strategies and improving operational performance.
He is a Chartered Accountant who has a wealth of experience financially managing a wide range of corporate establishments.
Dan Hudson – Operations Director
Dan is a highly motivated Director with a solid experience in change and performance management. He has experience of both engineer, management and director level in a wide range of engineering services to retail, banking, multi-tenanted buildings, education, public and healthcare buildings.
Dan has a high level of technical knowledge with a proven record of energy management and plant optimisation utilising industry leading techniques and innovative solutions. He also has a proven track record of building a strong and high performing team and holds regular team and customer meetings to ensure that Flowrite’s standards is met and maintained throughout the business.
Vicky Pluck – Customer Service and Performance Director
Vicky is an experienced Customer Service Director who has excelled in developing the optimum performance from her team. She has a proven business process analysis capability with extensive knowledge of a range of business processes and systems; and has demonstrated a great knowledge of the implementation of improved business infrastructure, systems and processes.
Vicky has a continuous improvement focus with a strong track record of identifying and introducing process improvements while juggling numerous competing priorities. Vicky also has specialist experience in the delivery of process, system and infrastructure projects with specific experience in the leadership of performance measurement and improvement projects within a variety of customer businesses and service models.
